We prefer transparent png files at 300 dpi.

The graphics you submit should be at least the size of the transfer you want printed. If you submit smaller artwork and we have to upsize it, it can get blurry and not print as crisp as you might prefer.

Low resolution artwork can be used if it is originally created at a very large size.

There should not be a white outline on any DTF transfers if your artwork is quality. If you erased a white background, the edges may be left with semi transparent pixels that will pick up white ink during printing and you could have a glow around your image.

At this time we do not do graphic design work. There are many graphic artists that focus solely on designing amazing creations and we recommend you find someone that has the design flare you are looking for.
