UV DTF is all the rage! This is a new technology that is so amazing it will blow your socks off! Instead of cutting, weeding and layering viny, our UV DTF stickers are an all in one answer to your prayers. Full colors are printed with no white space between. You just peel and stick and there you go! You have a beautiful glass can in an instant.
Size: 4 inches (on largest side)
All stickers are printed based on the largest side. So if you pick 4" but your sticker is wide, it will be 4" wide and less than 4" high. But if it is skinny left to right, it will be 4" tall but less than 4" wide. We do not distort images to make them squares.
What is a UV DTF transfer? UV DTF is NOT for clothing. This is a hard surface print. Think of what you would put a sticker on. Coolers, drink ware, boats, wood, acrylic you name it. UV stickers are super durable. They do not fade in the sun. They are waterproof. Scratch resistant and you don't have to worry if they accidentally hit the dishwasher.
While UV DTF transfers can survive the dishwasher, hand washing is best for longevity of the sticker.
All our UV DTF transfers are printed in house on our commercial printer.
Application Instructions
DTF Instructions
1. Pre-press if you need to remove wrinkles.
2. Press at 300° for 10 seconds. Heavy pressure.
3. Peel instantly!
4. Cover with teflon, spare shirt or parchment and press for 5 seconds.
Ensure no seams get in the press as it can cause a loss of pressure and the transfer may not adhere properly.
UV DTF Instructions
1. Wipe item with alcohol. Let dry.
2. Peel carrier from backing.
3. Apply decal to item.
4. Rub decal firmly (aka burnish).
5. Peel off carrier carefully. Press any lifting design again with extra firm pressure.
